Our Facility

Located in the Wauchope industrial area, CrossFit Wauchope has a open gym floor plan with a vast amount of space and functional equipment including 7kg,15kg and 20kg barbells, bumper plates, custom-built rig, gymnastics rings, climbing ropes, ab mats, dip bars, benches, 6 Assult bikes, 4 Concept 2 Rowers, 3 Ski Erg, 9 plyo boxes, wallballs, slamballs, deadballs, sandbags, dumbbells, kettlebells, a Crossover Symmetry + Hip Halo, a GHD machine, 2 sleds, 1 peg boards.

Our facility has numerous parking spaces and clean bathrooms with a shower to freshen up post workout.
